Check out this awesome video in which Mary Dunbar of voxipop interviews Tom Carnevale, of Carnevale Eustis Architects, about the current state of the expansion of Phoenixville’s Colonial Theatre. Built in 1903, the venue will undergo an $8 million expansion and renovation. Its neighboring building, The National Bank of Phoenixville, was acquired in 2011 with the intent to provide two additional movie theatres and improved amenities for the Colonial.
