Passport Launches Mobile Parking App in Downtown Locations Phoenixville, PA – The Borough of Phoenixville, PA is announcing a new way to pay for parking — right from your smartphone. The Borough has introduced Passport, the industry-leading mobile payment provider for parking and transit, to off-street metered parking spaces.
