Phoenixville has approved the development of a new, 550-unit apartment complex just off French Creek, writes Justin Heinze for Phoenixville Patch. French Creek West will be situated on the 37-acre parcel of land below High Street and Gay Street. The site was previously home to a large portion of the Phoenix Iron and Steel industrial complex.
