Good Samaritan Services in Phoenixville has received a donation of more than $2,400 from employees of Benchmark Federal Credit Union who donated their personal funds to the charitable organization. Every Friday, Benchmark employees have the opportunity to wear jeans to work in exchange for a monthly donation to a local nonprofit. At the end of the year, the funds are donated. PHOENIXVILLE, PA November 18, 2017  Chamber members, friends, and supporters gathered at the Phoenixville Country Club to both celebrate and raise money for two great causes close to the hearts of many in Phoenixville. Nearly 200 people attended this year’s event which featured live music, a silent auction, and dinner. Phoenixville:  The 2017 Phoenixville Community Health Leadership Academy graduated five students from its ten-week program on November 17.  The graduates, all with a passion for addressing the needs of the greater Phoenixville region, include:  Patricia Blank, Nilanjana Chowdhury, Lorraine Colon, Joanne Hyndman, and Kim Weaner.
