WYOMISSING, PA – A different kind of pie was the focus of the second annual Tompkins VIST Bank fundraising event for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and it succeeded in raising $10,000 for the MDA. The funds will be used to send children with neuromuscular disease to a summer camp in June. King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced that construction is scheduled to begin Monday, April 20, on the $1.7 million project to rehabilitate the Route 23 (Valley Forge Road) bridge over Pickering Creek in Schuylkill Township, Chester County.
