The superb spirits created by Chester County’s first craft spirit distillery will soon be available in Center City, writes Kenneth Hilario for the Philadelphia Business Journal. After only two years in operation, which includes working with large conglomerates like Pepsi and Nestlé, Phoenixville’s Bluebird Distilling is opening a retail location in Philadelphia’s center.
