Of the five categories in which Bluebird competed, they received a medal in each one. PHOENIXVILLE: The Rebecca Lukens Award, presented by The National Iron & Steel Heritage Museum, will this year be awarded to Phoenixville’s own Barbara Cohen, of the Schuylkill River Heritage Center.
