The Chester County Planning Commission launched a Landscapes3 photo contest to highlight the county’s greatest asset: people. The Planning Commission is seeking photos of people who live, work, visit, or play in Chester County. The photos can focus on people in several different settings, including businesses, homes, downtowns, public community events, and outdoors, among others. The Colonial Theatre, the historic non-profit movie palace in Phoenixville, PA, announces changes to its board of directors that take effect on Friday, September 1. At its most recent meeting, the Association for the Colonial Theatre (ACT) named Marian D. Moskowitz as its new president. Marian succeeds Kenneth B.
