PHOENIXVILLE Approximately two million additional people are expected to be in the area for the Papal Visit. Closure of Route 76 at 476 (Blue Route; Conshohocken) will likely cause gridlock along 76 which could result in major traffic congestion of local highways including Routes 422 and 29.
