A new marketing effort, entitled Towns of the Philadelphia Countryside, reveals the treasures found throughout Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. King of Prussia– Aqua Pennsylvania will close Route 23 (Valley Forge Road) between Whitehorse Road and Kleyona Avenue in Schuylkill Township, Chester County, starting Wednesday, Feb. 4 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., for water main replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced. The weekday closure will be in effect through Wednesday, Feb. 25.
