Passport Launches Mobile Parking App in Downtown Locations Phoenixville, PA – The Borough of Phoenixville, PA is announcing a new way to pay for parking — right from your smartphone. The Borough has introduced Passport, the industry-leading mobile payment provider for parking and transit, to off-street metered parking spaces. WYOMISSING, PA – Tompkins VIST Bank today announced that it has committed $265,000 in 2015-2016 donations to youth education organizations that qualify under the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. The commitment represents the highest amount the bank has donated since participating in EITC. To date, Tompkins VIST Bank has donated more than $1.5 million to the program.
