WYOMISSING, PA – Tompkins VIST Bank today announced that it has committed $265,000 in 2015-2016 donations to youth education organizations that qualify under the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. The commitment represents the highest amount the bank has donated since participating in EITC. To date, Tompkins VIST Bank has donated more than $1.5 million to the program.
